Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 16, 2026

At Millennial AI, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We've written it in plain language because we believe transparency shouldn't require a law degree.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: what you provide directly and what is gathered automatically when you visit our website.

Information you provide: - Name, email address, and company information submitted through our contact and inquiry forms - Any additional details you share in message fields or during scheduled calls - Scheduling preferences when you book a session through our calendar integration

Information collected automatically: - Device and browser information (type, operating system, screen resolution) - IP address and approximate geographic location - Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation patterns - Referral source (how you found our website)

We do not collect payment or financial information through our website. All billing for consulting engagements is handled separately under individual agreements.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries: When you submit a contact form, we use your information to evaluate fit and respond to your request — typically within 24 hours.
  • Scheduling: To coordinate discovery sessions and consultations via our scheduling platform.
  • Communication: To send relevant follow-ups related to your inquiry. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
  • Website improvement: To understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve the experience, content, and performance.
  • Analytics and reporting: To measure website traffic, identify popular content, and understand visitor demographics in aggregate.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Full stop.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our website and business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to understand website traffic and visitor behavior. GA4 collects data such as pages visited, session duration, and device information. Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We have IP anonymization enabled where available.
  • Microsoft Clarity: We use Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity captures clicks, scrolls, and page navigation but masks sensitive input fields by default. Data is processed by Microsoft under its privacy terms.
  • Cal.com: When you schedule a call with us, you interact with Cal.com's scheduling platform. Cal.com processes your name, email, and scheduling preferences to coordinate the meeting.
  • Resend: We use Resend as our email delivery service for transactional communications (such as confirmations after you submit a form). Resend processes your email address solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.

We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function. None of these providers are authorized to use your data for their own marketing purposes on our behalf.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Here's what that means in practice:

Essential cookies: Required for basic site functionality. These cannot be disabled without breaking the website experience.

Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and understand user behavior. These help us improve our website but are not strictly necessary for it to function.

No advertising cookies: We do not run ads on our website and do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect your experience on our site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and Microsoft Clarity tracking can be disabled through Clarity's opt-out mechanism.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or longer if an active business relationship exists.
  • Analytics data: Retained in accordance with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity default retention periods (typically 14 months for GA4, 30 days for Clarity session recordings).
  • Email communications: Transactional email logs through Resend are retained for up to 12 months.

When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized. If you'd like your data removed sooner, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you're located, we respect the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right to access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correction: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it.
  • Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability: You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: You can object to our processing of your personal data for specific purposes, including analytics.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, these rights are provided under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For visitors in other jurisdictions, we extend the same courtesies as a matter of principle.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@millennial-ai.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We aim to respond within 30 days.

International Data Transfers

Millennial AI is based in India. If you're visiting our website or submitting information from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India, as well as in the countries where our third-party service providers operate (including the United States for Google, Microsoft, and Resend).

We rely on the privacy safeguards implemented by our service providers, including standard contractual clauses and equivalent measures, to protect data transferred internationally.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
