In the event of any conflict between these website terms and a signed SOW or contract, the SOW or contract will prevail.

Client deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, clients own the final deliverables produced under their engagement — including reports, models, applications, and creative assets — upon full payment of applicable fees.

Our methodology and frameworks: Millennial AI retains full ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, processes, and general know-how, including those developed or refined during client engagements. We may use generalized learnings and non-confidential techniques from any engagement in our ongoing work.

Website content: All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, case studies, and code — is the intellectual property of Millennial AI and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Pre-existing IP: Each party retains ownership of any intellectual property it owned prior to the engagement. Nothing in these terms transfers pre-existing IP from one party to the other.

We understand that engaging a consultancy often involves sharing sensitive business information. We treat all client information with discretion.

Any confidential information shared during an engagement — including business plans, financial data, proprietary processes, and strategic initiatives — will be handled in accordance with the confidentiality provisions in the applicable SOW or contract.

For pre-engagement conversations (such as discovery sessions), we apply the same professional standard of discretion. We will not share details of your inquiry, business challenges, or proposed projects with third parties without your consent.

Case studies and client references are published only with explicit written permission from the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Millennial AI provides its website and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
